Dock Watch Information

Martin Docks Inc offers a weekly "Dock Watch" service where a crew physically inspects the dock once per week to insure the dock is secure and is moved as needed according to the lake level.  Martin Docks Inc. on site physical approach provides a much higher level of service and peace of mind than other services that rely on a weather forecast or a computer generated lake level.  

   We inspect the dock for several critical elements:

1. Proper water depth for lifts and pump systems.

2. Cable to be taught not allowing dock to move side to side.

3.  Pipe anchor systems not seized in sleeve.

4.  Cracks or fractures in frame (before they cause major damage).

5.  Ramp attachment points.

6.  Electrical systems working properly.

7.  Winches oiled for easy operation.

8.  Floatation attachments.

9.  Swim ladder attachments

10.  Jet Ski Port Attachments
