Hip or Gable Roof Dock Information

The Hip or Gable roof boat dock is the most common of our covered docks available. Although it is economical, it still receives the same attention to detail as the other styles. We use a 10"x 3/16” Heavy C-channel framing, and stainless steel hardware are a few of the many standards. The advantages of aluminum are endless: It will not rust or rot, and will not warp and crack with age. Aluminum is able to withstand the elements year after year. Due to the properties of aluminum it has remarkable flexibility while retaining its shape and strength in all types of Lakes and climates.
